Ford F-150 maintenance schedules
All five F-150 years sit in the aluminum-bodied thirteenth generation, but the engine room moved underneath: the 2018 refresh brought second-generation EcoBoost engines, a 3.3L base V6, the updated 5.0L, and the 10-speed automatic. Oil specs and transmission fluids differ across that line.
On any year, duty cycle is the real schedule. Commuter trucks live on the 10,000-mile oil ceiling and long fluid horizons; trucks that tow belong on the special operating conditions plan, where the transmission interval falls to 30,000 miles. None of these years has a cabin air filter.
