Ram 1500 maintenance schedules
Ram coverage spans the long-running DS generation through 2018 and the first DT year in 2019. The constant is the Hemi ignition schedule, sixteen plugs every 32,000 miles, and the ZF-based 8-speed with its lifetime-fluid claim that towing owners should treat skeptically.
The DT adds the eTorque 48-volt system, a cabin air filter the DS never had, and a parallel problem: 2019 sold both generations at once, the new DT and the DS as the 1500 Classic. The VIN, not the model year, decides which schedule applies.
